That's more than all forms of cancer combined! Even more tragic is the fact that 80% of cardiac events can be prevented through education and lifestyle changes such as moving more, eating smart and managing blood pressure. Join us as we spread awareness of heart disease and stroke on behalf of all women in our lives.
Our first quarter will conclude at the end of March with the KB 100 swing challenge.

Temperatures rise with this months fiery fitness. We'll be "getting our exercise on" REAL EARLY for the next several months.
August heats up further as we seek to accomplish our fitness goals and not overheat even in the early morning hours.
We'll be getting creative in September when we are faced with 2+ months of triple digit temperatures.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and the beginning of our last fitness challenge of the year...100 day fitness challenge concluding December 31.
